IT'S TIME FOR THE ANNUAL SURVEY
We are doing an annual survey to look at how helpful and effective we are as a center. We are asking everybody to take this survey. This is how we keep our doors open to anybody who uses this space. The survey is anonymous and confidential; there are no names involved. The survey only takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. You can fill out the survey on (whatever technology is available at your center: tablets, computer, etc.) or on your smartphone by scanning this QR code or inputting this URL.
We would love it if you participated. It not only helps improve our services, but also will help other people are in recovryor are seeking recovery down the road. This is a great opportunity for your voice to be heard, and to help sustain the funding that sustains CORE.

There will be a community meeting every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 11:00am to 12:00pm.
